1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kg99 gun platform ("Service") and its users ("Members"). These terms apply to the kg99 gun website, mobile application and all related services.

By accessing, registering on or using the kg99 gun platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree to any term, please refrain from using this service.

These terms and conditions are written in English and this is the authoritative version of the agreement. In the event of any dispute, this English version shall be considered definitive.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the kg99 gun platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is each member's own responsibility to keep their username and password personal and confidential.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number or email address.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same device or IP address.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be verified via OTP.

3.2 Account Security

The member concerned bears full responsibility for all activity on the account. Sharing a password with others, or selling or transferring an account, is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the kg99 gun support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kg99 gun may at any stage request additional documents for identity verification. This process is carried out to prevent money laundering and fraud. Refusing or delaying the submission of documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on kg99 gun can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Members must use a mobile account registered in their own name — deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods).
• The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.
• Transactions in the name of a third party are not permitted.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process normally takes 5 to 30 minutes to complete.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals may take 5–30 minutes to process.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
• If identity has not been verified at the time of withdrawal, processing may be delayed.
• Withdrawals are sent to the mobile number used for account registration.

5Bonus Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kg99 gun offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus.

• The bonus is credited automatically after a qualifying deposit.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus → balance ৳2,500 → wagering requirement ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Some general rules apply to all bonuses. There may be a maximum bet limit on bets placed using bonus funds. Funds earned from one bonus cannot be combined with another bonus. kg99 gun reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — previously received bonuses will not be affected in such cases.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The kg99 gun VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is given based on the net loss for each week — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.3% for Silver, 0.5% for Gold, 0.6% for Platinum and 0.8% for Diamond. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots and other games are available on kg99 gun. Each game or betting market may have its own rules, which can be found in detail in the relevant section.

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• kg99 gun reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, any bet placed before an internet disconnection remains valid until the connection is restored.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. kg99 gun does not interfere with game results. In the event of any dispute, server-side logs will be considered as final evidence.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Manipulating betting patterns or engaging in match-fixing related activities.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
• Harassing other members or staff.

If such activities are proven, kg99 gun reserves the right to take legal action.

8Account Suspension and Cancellation

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

kg99 gun may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an unusual or suspicious transaction is identified.
• As a precautionary measure for security reasons.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

11Terms & Conditions Changes

kg99 gun reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by a court, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
